Steve Schultz has a diverse work experience, starting from 2009 with roles such as Sales Associate at Puma Footwear and Self Employed in the landscaping business. In 2010, they worked as an Intern at Colorado Manager LLC, where they improved communication efficiency by overseeing the company database's modernization. From 2012 to 2013, Steve was a Sales Associate at Jackalope and CO.

In 2012, they joined IQNavigator as a Functional Analyst, where they acted as a system expert and technology consultant for various contingent workforce programs. Steve optimized program efficiency and coordinated with clients and internal development teams.

Steve Schultz pursued their education with a strong focus on economics and mathematics. From 2007 to 2010, they attended Baylor University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics. Following this, from 2008 to 2012, they enrolled at the University of Colorado Boulder, earning a degree in Economics with a specialization in International Economics.
