Fariq Naushad

Fariq Naushad is an experienced professional with a diverse work background. Fariq is the Co-Founder and CEO of Greenikk since March 2020, where they focus on sustainability and agri-tech growth. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Fellow (Agri) at the Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) from July 2020 to April 2022. Fariq also has experience as a Wanderer and Strategy Consultant at ECS Fin Inc. from July 2018 to February 2019, where they traveled solo across various countries in Africa, gaining insights into different cultures and languages. Fariq has also co-founded Teczium Solutions Ltd., a software company in Africa, from November 2016 to July 2018. Before that, Fariq worked as a Software Support Engineer-Client Services at D+H from October 2015 to November 2016. Fariq'searly work experience includes co-founding Invento Technology Solutions, a startup initiative at college that developed an application called "Ofmoms" for homemakers to sell their specialized food online, from May 2014 to May 2015.

Fariq Naushad completed their high school education in the field of Computer Science at Loyola School in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala from 1999 to 2011. Fariq then pursued a degree in Engineering, specializing in Yet Another Engineering, at Mar Baselios College of Engineering and Technology (Autonomous) in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala from 2011 to 2015.
