Michael Adams

Michael Adams is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Greenleaf Kitchen & Cocktails since February 2020, Michael previously held the position of Director of Operations at both Dave's Hot Chicken from August 2019 to February 2020, and Mendocino Farms Sandwich Market from December 2008 to May 2019. Michael's educational journey took place at Boston University and the University of Tennessee from 1998 to 2002.
