Miika Luukkonen has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Miika is currently the Head of Finance at Greenled Group, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Kasvuvalmentaja at Tulevaisuuden Kasvupolut Oy from August 2021. From January 2018 to December 2020, Miika served as the CEO of Suomen Lämpöikkuna Oy. Before that, they worked as the CFO at Inwido Finland Oy in 2017 and at Suomen Lämpöikkuna Oy from 2010 to 2016. Miika also had the role of CFO at Ecolator Finland Oy from 2008 to 2010. Their earlier experiences include positions such as Business Controller, Factory Manager, and Controller at Incap Furniture Oy from 2002 to 2007.
Miika Luukkonen obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from the University of Vaasa, which they completed in 2004.
