Cameron has held roles such as Director of Regulatory Sciences at GreenLight Biosciences, Global Head of Biochemistry at UPL, and Global Active Ingredient Technology Manager at Arysta LifeScience. Their expertise includes strategic leadership, process development, and collaboration with global partners in the agricultural and pharmaceutical industries.

Cameron Gibb attended the University of Glasgow from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a B.Sc. in Chemistry with Medicinal Chemistry. Cameron then pursued a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry at the same university from 1995 to 1998.
