Andy Gladwin

Andy has over 30 years of London Market Experience, having held senior positions at MS Amlin, Copenhagen Re, HCC, and latterly led the Marine and Energy Underwriting Team at Swiss Re in London, and then went on to be the Global Head of Marine Treaty at Canopius.

Andy has a proven track record of underwriting profitability. He has a wealth of extensive client relationships, as well as experience in working within a global platform and liaising with overseas offices.
