Brett Ashwood

Brett Ashwood is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and solutions architecture. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Greenlight since March 2022, Brett previously held the role of Senior Engineering Manager for Developer Experience and Platform Tools at Venmo from June 2020 to March 2022. Prior to that, Brett's career included significant positions at Amazon Web Services as a Solutions Architect, Enterprise Support Lead, and Senior Technical Account Manager from January 2016 to May 2020. Additional experience includes roles as a Solutions Architect at Corporate IT Solutions and as a Senior Solutions Engineer at CenturyLink Technology Solutions. Brett began their career at IBM, working as an IT Architect among other positions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management of Innovation and Technology from Fairfield University and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Western Connecticut State University.
