Randall Ladner

Randall Ladner has an extensive work history in the IT industry. Randall began their career at Mustang Techs in 2010, where they helped build critical infrastructure for the company and provided IT support to clients. In 2014, Ladner worked as a Support Analyst II at Costco Wholesale, resolving IT issues for the company's employees.

From 2014 to 2016, Ladner served as a Systems Engineer at SisAdmin, LLC, managing and improving IT environments for clients of various sizes. Randall then moved on to AGJ Systems and Networks, where they worked as a vCIO and served as the final tier escalation for system-related issues. Additionally, Ladner was involved in building and maintaining internal systems at AGJ.

In 2020, Ladner joined ThriveDX (formerly HackerU) as an Adjunct Professor of Cybersecurity, teaching classes remotely to prestigious universities across the United States. Randall covered topics such as cybersecurity fundamentals, Microsoft security, network security, and SIEM/SOC platforms.

Ladner's most recent position is as a Senior MSP Engineer at GreenLoop IT Solutions, where they utilize their expertise to provide high-level IT support. Prior to this, they worked as a Strategic Services Engineer at Coretelligent.

Randall Ladner is currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Science degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Security+, Network+, and Comptia A+ from CompTIA. Randall has also completed certifications such as Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions, CIW: Web Foundations Associate, MCSA: Server 2016, and MCSE: Cloud and Infrastructure from Microsoft.
