Erin Faulkner

Erin Faulkner is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in people and culture management, currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Greenpeace Australia Pacific since December 2015. Erin's responsibilities include guiding HR strategy, managing performance systems, developing training programs, and leading workplace health and safety initiatives. Prior roles at Greenpeace included Human Resources Advisor and Coordinator, where Erin contributed to the development and implementation of HR projects and well-being programs. Earlier experience includes HR coordination at Seafolly and Prospect Group, with a foundational career starting in administration at BELGRAVIA HEALTH & LEISURE GROUP. Erin holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management from Griffith University.
