Lauren Griffin has a diverse range of work experience. Lauren began their career at Lumina Clothing Company where they worked in product development. Lauren then went on to work as a student tutor at North Carolina State University and as a member of the exhibition committee for Art2Wear. Lauren also gained experience as a backstage lead at the Fashion and Textile Design: Emerging Designers Showcase. Lauren took on multiple roles at Plato's Closet, including social media specialist, shift manager, merchandise buyer, sales associate, and keyholder. Lauren further expanded their skills as an event coordinator at Affinity Event Creative and as a fashion stylist at Tailor. Lauren then entered the field of merchandising, working as a merchandising intern and merchandising specialist at Wrangler. Lauren later became a marketing and communications coordinator at Charles & Colvard, Ltd. Currently, they are working as an account manager at Green Places, where they are responsible for building strong client relationships and coordinating with various departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Lauren Griffin completed their high school education at The Cary High School from 2009 to 2013. Lauren then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion and Textile Management at North Carolina State University from 2013 to 2017. During their time at university, they also attended RMIT University in 2016, focusing on the School of Fashion and Textiles.
