Steve Winczewski

Steve Winczewski is a seasoned real estate professional, currently serving as the Managing Broker at Greenridge Realty-Ludington since January 2019 and as President of Habitat for Humanity of Mason County, MI since April 2018. With extensive experience as a Realtor at Greenridge Realty since June 2015, Steve specializes in facilitating the buying and selling of homes, managing market values, negotiations, and legal documentation to streamline the process for clients. Prior to their real estate career, Steve worked as an Educator and Coach at the Ludington Area School District from September 2009 to June 2015, teaching Social Studies and Science at OJ DeJonge Middle School. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree from Grand Valley State University.
