Shana Plasters

Shana Plasters currently serves as the Dean of Students and Director of Residence Life at Greensboro College, where responsibilities include overseeing the Office of Residence Life, adjudicating student cases, and teaching First-Year Seminar and Career Development courses. In addition, Shana Plasters is a part-time professor at Trident University International. Previously, Shana Plasters held various roles at Elon University, including Director of Greek Life and Director of Leadership & Organization Development, achieving significant growth in Greek membership and enhancing leadership programming. Earlier career experiences include positions at Albion College, University of Idaho, and Washington State University, focusing on career development, student activities, and leadership training. Shana Plasters holds a Master's degree in Student Personnel Administration from the University of Central Missouri and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Pittsburg State University.
