As Director of Human Resources, Cady O’Grady is responsible for managing the firm’s human resources and benefits including staffing, supervision, recruiting, orientation, compensation, performance management and benefits administration. She leads human resources staff in supporting a positive, people-focused and results-oriented culture and works to direct initiatives in support of the firm’s strategic growth plan.
