Larry Dunivan

Larry Dunivan is an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in technology and human resources. Currently, Dunivan serves as the Founder and Principal of Cefalo Group and holds multiple board positions, including with Greenshades Software, Asurint, 15Five, Meridio, and Payfederate. Notably, Dunivan was the Executive Chairman at Mineral until its successful sale to Mitratech in January 2024. As CEO of Namely, Dunivan led the company to a successful exit in September 2022, and has also been actively involved with HRSoft as a board member during its exit in August 2022. Dunivan's educational background includes an MBA in Accounting and Information Technology from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Northwestern University.
