Benoit Lavigne

Benoit Lavigne has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 2001, they worked at TELUS as a Sales professional for a year. In 2004, they joined Purolator Courrier as a Sales Manager for National Accounts until 2005. From 2006 to 2007, Benoit was the President of Baseball Québec. Benoit then moved on to work at American Express as a Director of Business Development from 2006 to 2011. In 2011, Benoit joined Financière Sun Life as a Directeur Régional, Régimes Collectifs de Retraite until 2014. From 2014 to 2020, they served as the Director of Sales - Absence Management Solutions at Morneau Shepell. In 2020, Benoit joined Dialogue as a Sales Director, where they led a team offering integrated health and wellness solutions to large organizations. Currently, Benoit is the National Director of Enterprise Growth at GreenShield, a position they have held since 2023.

Benoit Lavigne attended Université Laval from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physical Activity.
