At GSC, Mila takes the lead in helping the team“optimize potential” and “create shared value”. She’s responsible for the corporate human resources function, so Talent Management (Recruitment, Performance, Succession Planning, Learning & Development), Total Rewards (Compensation, Pensions, Benefits), Health & Wellness (and Safety), and Labor Relations, as well as GSC’s social impact portfolio (like community partnerships and granting programs).
