Nilesh Daya

Nilesh Daya has over 17 years of experience in various HR roles. Nilesh is currently working as the Director, People & Culture Business Partner at GreenShield, where they oversee HR functions. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at HUB Financial Inc., where they managed the HR function with a financial advisory firm. Nilesh also worked as the Director of Human Resources at HUB International, where they had responsibilities for HR operations, analytics, and compliance. Nilesh has also held positions at Verus Recruiting & HR Consultants, Empire Life, Sysco, and Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology. Throughout their career, Nilesh has demonstrated a client-focused approach and the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Nilesh Daya, CHRP, CHRL (He/Him) obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic in 2001. Nilesh also holds the CHRP & CHRL designations from Seneca Polytechnic. Additionally, they have certifications in Workplace Investigations from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School in 2015 and Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Windsor in 2007. Nilesh Daya is also a Certified Human Resources Leader by the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association.
