David Brierwood

David is a Non-Executive Director of Greensill and Chair of the Risk Committee.

David was formerly Chief Operating Officer of Morgan Stanley’s securities businesses, and subsequently Chief Operating Officer of MSCI, a $7bn NYSE-listed provider of Investment Analytics. Other board positions include being a Director of Preqin, a provider of Private Asset Class data and Chairman of RIMES Technology, a provider of managed data services to the asset management community.

David holds a BSc from Imperial College, London and an MBA from Manchester Business School.
