Michael Falk

Michael Falk, CPA, currently serves as VP and Controller at GreenSlate since 2022. Prior to this role, Michael was the Americas Controller at OneTrust from 2021 to 2022, where responsibilities included managing and expanding the Americas accounting team. Michael held the position of VP of Accounting at HODINKEE, Inc. from 2020 to 2021, following a promotion from leading the accounting department for Crown & Caliber. Additional experience includes serving as a part-time fractional CFO/Controller at Graphite in 2019-2020, and a decade-long tenure at Macy's from 2010 to 2019 as VP of Accounting/Controller. Earlier roles include Director of Finance and Operations at Sequoia Benefits LLC and CFO at Embark Corp. Michael's career began at Ernst & Young, where the position of Corporate Controller/Associate Director of Finance was held for ten years. Michael earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
