Cinthia Sokoloski

Cinthia Sokoloski is a Product Designer currently at Greenspark since May 2023, focusing on sustainability-focused product design and expanding knowledge in product management. Cinthia also serves as a Design Mentor on the ADPList platform, supporting aspiring product designers. Previously, Cinthia held the position of Senior Product Designer at Doji, where a significant improvement in buy conversion rates was achieved through UX and conversion optimization techniques. Other professional experiences include roles at EBANX, Social Wave, Casa.3 + Fash Founders, and HQS, where Cinthia developed skills in graphic design, marketing, and visual identity. Cinthia’s educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Universidade Positivo and a Bachelor's in Design from the Federal University of Technology - Parana, along with an exchange program at Nottingham Trent University.
