Jon Lyman

Jon Lyman is a partner in the Corporate practice group at Greenspoon Marder. With over two decades of experience, including 15 years practicing internationally, he advises corporate, investment banking, and private equity clients on all manner of transactions, often involving cross-border elements. In addition to regularly advising on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, investment transactions and debt and equity offerings, Mr. Lyman is frequently called upon by directors and officers to provide legal counsel in connection with finance matters and international debt and equity trading compliance.
