Ana Maria Olarte Diaz has extensive experience in quality management and product development across various industries. Currently serving as Gerente de servicios and Líder de calidad at GreenSQA S.A. since July 2018, Ana Maria has led quality initiatives for Grupo Aval. Prior to this, a role as Product Manager at Rappi involved analyzing and implementing fraud prevention measures, while at PayU, responsibilities as Product Owner included user needs analysis and solution management using SCRUM methodologies. Previously, Ana Maria worked as Ingeniero de calidad at the Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores and as Líder de producto for the BanRep project at GreenSQA S.A. Educational qualifications include a specialization in project management from Universidad del Rosario and a degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Industrial de Santander.
