Paola Andrea Arias Zambrano

Paola Andrea Arias Zambrano has extensive experience in software quality assurance, currently serving as Gerente de servicios at GreenSQA S.A since January 2021, where the focus is on implementing quality assurance processes in large-scale software development projects. Prior to this role, Paola held the position of líder de aseguramiento de calidad de Software at Green SQA from June 2014 to December 2020, leading a quality assurance team. Earlier experience includes roles as an Analista de Pruebas at Intergrupo from October 2012 to March 2014, and at Banco de Occidente from July 2011 to October 2012, performing analysis, design, execution, and user training for software testing. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Gestión de Innovación from Universidad ICESI, alongside a Specialist degree in Sistemas Gerenciales de Ingeniería from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and a degree in Ingeniería de Sistemas from Universidad de San Buenaventura Cali.
