Xavier Carpentier

Xavier Carpentier has a strong background in finance and management consulting. Xavier is currently working as the Director of Transaction & CFO Services at Greenstep, where they assist CEOs, CFOs, and finance teams on various financial management initiatives. Prior to this, Xavier worked as a Partner at Condico, where they developed a CFO Services practice and led projects such as demerger planning and M&A transactions. Xavier also served as the Group Controller and Head of Group Control & Planning at Fira, overseeing the financial control and reporting process. Earlier in their career, Xavier held positions at Light Cognitive, Edzcom, Microsoft, and Nokia, where they gained experience in CEO roles, CFO positions, and strategic planning. Their responsibilities included securing funding, driving M&A initiatives, and leading turnaround programs. Xavier has a proven track record of delivering results and contributing to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked for.

Xavier Carpentier has a Master's degree in Finance from Sciences Po. Additionally, they have pursued a Ph.D. in Quantitative economics from Aalto University. Furthermore, they have studied Economics and statistics at the École normale supérieure de Lyon.
