Credit Manager - Capital Markets at GreenStone Farm Credit Services

Shannon Robbins has a diverse work experience in the agricultural finance and insurance industry. Shannon started their career as a Teller at Denison State Bank in 2011 and worked there until 2013. Shannon then joined the Kansas State University College of Agriculture for an International Food and Agribusiness Study Tour in 2013. Following that, they worked as a Loss Control Representative at Nationwide Agribusiness Insurance Company for a brief period in 2015.

In 2014, Shannon joined CoBank as a Credit Intern for two months. Shannon continued their journey with CoBank and took on roles such as Credit Development Associate from 2016 to 2018, Credit Analyst for Special Assets from 2018 to 2019, Senior Credit Analyst in the Corporate Agribusiness Banking Group from 2019 to 2021, and finally as a Credit Officer in the same group from 2021 to 2021. Shannon gained valuable experience in credit analysis and risk assessment during their time at CoBank.

After their tenure at CoBank, Shannon worked at AgCountry Farm Credit Services as an Assistant Vice President (AVP) Credit Officer from January 2023 to July 2023, before joining GreenStone Farm Credit Services as a Senior Credit Officer in July 2023. Their expertise in credit assessment and risk management has been valuable in the Farm Credit Services industry.

Shannon Robbins obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Kansas State University, completing their studies from 2012 to 2015.
