John is one of the principal architects of Greentarget’s client service mantra – the Greentarget Way – which articulates the client service behaviors and delivery standards that are a hallmark of Greentarget’s industry-leading approach. He is also the pioneer behind the firm’s renowned decade-long research project – the State of Digital & Content Marketing Survey – which analyzes the information consumption behaviors and preferences of C-level executives and in-house counsel and offers actionable guidance for how marketers can supercharge their content strategies.

John has earned PR Week’s “Business-to-Business Campaign of the Year” and the coveted “Campaign of the Year” as well as numerous awards from the Public Relations Society of America, the Publicity Club of Chicago, The Holmes Report and the Legal Marketing Association, to name a few. He is a frequent speaker and author on a range of communications-related topics.
