Donth Y.

Donth Y. has a diverse work experience with a focus on learning and development roles. Donth started their career at Edutainment Limited as an Assistant Training Manager in 2005 and then worked as a Senior Learning and Development Officer at City Telecom (HK) Limited from 2007 to 2010. Donth then served as Deputy Manager of Training and Development at K11 Concepts Limited in 2010 and later as Manager of Learning and Development at the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2017, they held the position of Senior Manager of Learning and Development at China Mobile International Limited. In 2018, they joined Dah Chong Hong Holdings Limited as an Assistant General Manager of Training and Development, and in 2019 they were promoted to Assistant General Manager of Group HR Development and Engagement. In 2021, they moved to GreenTomato as the Head of Talent, and eventually became the General Manager at GreenTomato Academy in 2023.

Donth Y. has a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Biology from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. They also have a Master of Science degree in Strategic Human Resources Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University. Additionally, Donth Y. has obtained several certifications, including being an Accredited administrator of the MBTI, a Certified Behavioural Consultant, and a Trained Facilitator of The Leadership Challenge, among others.
