Nupur Amin

Nupur Amin is an accomplished entrepreneur and expert in negotiation and leadership coaching, serving as the Founder and CEO of Beyond Scale since January 2022. In addition to this role, Nupur is an Expert in Residence at Greentown Labs, where support is provided to climate-tech startups on negotiation and culture building. Nupur also holds advisory positions at The Engine Accelerator, MIT Solve, and FedTech, and contributes to academia as a Teaching Team member for the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School, as well as a guest lecturer at Yale School of the Environment and the University of New Hampshire. Experience includes training and executive coaching with Habitus Incorporated and directing training at Mindful Negotiating.
