Richard Broo MBA, PMP is the Principal and Founder of True North PMP Consulting, Inc., established in February 2017, where focus is on enhancing revenue growth, operational efficiency, and project management excellence for clients. Since January 2020, Richard serves as the Expert-In-Residence for product and project management at Lawrence Technological University, providing strategic guidance and classroom instruction to businesses. Previously, Richard held the position of President at Zacros America, Inc. from 2013 to 2017, successfully revitalizing a failing $32M division. With extensive experience spanning over three decades across various industries, Richard has held leadership roles in companies such as Innomark Solutions Group and Black & Decker Automotive, and possesses a comprehensive skill set that includes management, project management, and business optimization. Richard holds an MBA from Walsh College and a BA in Economics/Business Administration from McDaniel College. Major clients served include Ford Motors, General Motors, and Stryker Corporation.
