Debin Hammond has had a successful career in various roles within the insurance and education sectors. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Records Clerk, performing organizational and clerical duties. Debin then moved on to become a Customer Service Representative, where they implemented a new sorting system that improved efficiency by 20%.
