Kiandria Grimes

Kiandria Grimes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Most recently, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Riverside Insights, where they were responsible for designing the organization's recruiting and hiring process, managing relationships with external recruitment agencies, and collaborating with key stakeholders to establish hiring goals. Prior to that, they owned and operated a small business called Advantage Childcare Services. Kiandria also worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Partnerships Specialist at Aperture Education, LLC. Additionally, Kiandria has experience as an International Program Sales Consultant at WorldStrides, an Assistant Director at SKIPWITH ACADEMY, a Temporary Head Start Teacher at Chesterfield County Public Schools, and a Nanny Child Care Provider. Kiandria has also served as the President and Founder of Dream Seekers Mentoring Organization and as a Summer Youth Counselor at the Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club. Kiandria's early work experience includes a role as a Student Teacher intern at Greensboro Day School. Kiandria has demonstrated skills in talent acquisition, business ownership, sales, education, and mentoring.
