Morgan Clements

Morgan Clements has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Currently, Morgan serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Greenville County Schools since January 2022. Prior to this role, Morgan worked at Encompass Health from 2015 to 2022, starting as the Senior Director of Human Resources and eventually becoming the Regional Vice President Human Resources. Before joining Encompass Health, Morgan held roles at HealthSouth as the Senior Human Resources Director and Human Resources Director from 2015 to 2018. Earlier in their career, Morgan worked as the Human Resources Manager/Recruitment at Raleigh General Hospital from 2013 to 2015 and as the Branch Manager at Woodforest National Bank from 2007 to 2010.

Morgan Clements holds a Master's of Science degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. Additionally, they possess a Bachelor's of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the same institution.
