Thomas Needham

Thomas Needham is currently the Standards & Progress Lead for Hums & MFL Faculty at Greenwood Academies Trust, overseeing data management and assessments for Geography, History, MFL, and RE. Additionally, Thomas serves as the Head of Geography leading a department with 5 full-time geographers, and Thomas manages the Duke of Edinburgh program at Stanground Academy. Thomas also has experience in event management, security, and surveying, with a background in education and a Bachelor's Degree in Geography and Natural Hazard Management.
