Jay Fairbanks

Jay Fairbanks is an experienced maintenance technician with a diverse background in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, having worked at GreenWood, Inc. since May 2021 as a Maintenance Technician III. Prior to this, Jay held roles at NAVIOCOM GA/NSA GA as a Help Desk Supervisor and at the US Navy for two decades in various positions, including Cryptologic Technicians (Maintenance) and Aviation Electrician’s Mates. Jay has extensive experience in the maintenance and repair of intricate systems such as radar, navigation, and communication technologies, along with leadership roles that involved managing personnel and streamlining complex maintenance processes. Jay's educational background includes studies at Excelsior University, North Central State College, and Ashland County-West Holmes Career Center.
