Robin Fletcher

Robin Fletcher joined the Greenwood Genetic Center in the fall of 2014 as a laboratory genetic counselor. She worked for two years as a prenatal genetic counselor in Atlanta followed by 13 years as a public health genetic counselor for the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. While in western NC, she coordinated satellite pediatric genetics clinics, provided prenatal, preconceptional, and cancer risk counseling, and offered educational programs. In 2007, she turned her focus to education taught high school biology for seven years in the Greenville and Pickens County schools.

Robin serves as a liaison between the GGC Diagnostic Laboratories and the network of referring physicians, genetic counselors, and other healthcare providers. She is a member of the National Society of Genetic Counselors and is certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling.
