Rebecca Hilton

Rebecca Hilton has extensive experience in human resources and culture development. Rebecca began their career as a Manager of Human Resources at Harrisburg Hotel Corporation in 2000 before moving on to Greenwood Hospitality in 2016. At Greenwood Hospitality, they served as the Director of Human Resources for Hilton Harrisburg and as a Corporate Culture Champion. Prior to their work in hospitality, Rebecca had various roles in international travel and missions, as well as a team member and intern at Teen Mania Ministries and Honor Academy.

Rebecca Hilton has a diverse education history. In 1992-1996, they obtained a diploma in Business from Millersburg Area High School. In 2000, they studied Spanish Language at the Christian Spanish Academy. In 2002-2003, they attended the International Training Center for Leadership Strategies. In 2004, they received a Certificate of Proficiency in Behavioral Analysis from the Institute of Motivational Living. In 2016-2017, Rebecca pursued a VAR License, Core Values Index at Taylor Protocols. Rebecca also holds additional certifications such as a Certified VAR Coach from Taylor Protocols and a Certificate of Proficiency in Behavioral Analysis from the Institute of Motivational Living.
