Tara Kimbrough is the head of talent at Greenwood, a full-service neo-digital banking platform created with one mission and goal, to provide excellent financial opportunity within the Black and Latinx communities by creating and recirculating wealth and prosperity. Tara is a hands-on recruiting leader who is building a team of super-talented people: Engineers, Product, Marketing, Security, Data, VP Level and C-suite. Prior to joining Greenwood, Tara was the head of recruiting at Headway Platform where they helped manage the company's accounting at a monthly subscription. Before that, Tara was a Sr. Talent Partner at Honeywell Connected Enterprise IoT - Data Team (new start-up/project assignment).
