Tom van Herwaarden

Tom van Herwaarden has a diverse and extensive work experience. Tom started in Goodman as the European Business Development Director and a member of the European Leadership team. Tom then worked at Chiquita as a Project Manager in the transition of the company to Switzerland. Following that, they had a role in Bernaerts Immo as the Marketing & Business Development ad interim. Tom then joined G4S Security Services as the General Manager ad interim for G4S Fire & Safety/Safety Systems Belgium, where they successfully implemented a 5-year strategy and acquired major contracts. Tom then worked at belorama, serving as the Group CEO of Verona Pro (now Belorama), a group of companies involved in producing and marketing windows and doors. Tom then joined Special Fruit NV as CO-CEO & Chief Commercial Officer, supporting the CEO in managing strategic participations. Following that, they worked at Medimundi as the Commercial Director ad interim. Tom also served as the Chief Executive Officer ad interim at De Meyer NV. Currently, Tom van Herwaarden is the Managing Director of Belgium & France Greenyard Fresh at Greenyard.

Tom van Herwaarden received their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Antwerp in 1984. Tom went on to pursue a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing at the same university, graduating in 1985.
