An employee benefits service leader extraordinaire who makes life easier for others through her natural grasp of empathy and critical thinking. She is passionate about the human connection of her job, whether it’s walking hand-in-hand with a client facing a complex benefit hurdle or mentoring a team member toward a career aspiration.

Since earning her Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Indianapolis, Tami has paved a 30-year profession in Employee Benefits. Launching her career at Gardner & White, she held a variety of positions that gave her direct experience with the full picture of benefit programs. She grew from managing benefit program billings and claim audits to overseeing compliance regulations and client benefit programs across various states. In 2008, she was drawn to G&A because of their emphasis on clients and colleagues. Tami will share that she “loves that G&A cares about people – we aren’t just a number.” The organization’s focus on colleagues emboldens her to support and coach her team for an exceptional client experience.

Tami’s thoughtfulness also shines outside of the office. She enjoys planning unique travel experiences based on shared interests with her two adult kids – like heading on an adventure to Waco, TX to visit the Magnolia neighborhood filming site of their favorite TV show, Fixer Upper.
