Brian Swab

Brian Swab is an accomplished leader and expert in portfolio management, business transformation, and information technology, currently serving as the Director of Portfolio Management at Greif since December 2024. Previously, Brian held the position of Director of Business Transformation at Regency Technologies, where responsibilities included leading ERP selection and implementation, as well as managing key certifications. Brian's earlier experience includes significant roles at Vitamix, where contributions as Director of Information Technology encompassed overseeing a comprehensive application portfolio and leading international ERP initiatives, earning accolades such as the Vitamix Excellence in Performance Award. Additional experience includes leading improvement initiatives in the Procure to Pay process at Aleris International, managing client accounts at Rosetta, and driving strategic sourcing efforts at Accenture. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Bowling Green State University and has also studied at Duke University.
