Tara Plazarin

Tara Plazarin (Caresani) has extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Tara began their career at Courtney Services as an Account Executive from August 2003 to December 2004. Tara then joined Strategia Retail Solutions as a Retail Recruiter from December 2004 to January 2008. Following this, they worked at The Limited, starting as a Recruiting Specialist from January 2008 to August 2009, then as a Recruiter from August 2009 to May 2010, and later as a Sr. Recruiter from May 2010 to October 2011. Tara was promoted to the role of Manager of Staffing and served from October 2011 to July 2014. Tara then transitioned to Manager of Talent Acquisition & Field HR from July 2014 to June 2015, and subsequently became Director of Field HR & Talent Acquisition from June 2015 to May 2016. Their final position at The Limited was Director of Human Resources, leading a team responsible for talent acquisition, talent management, and HR support services from May 2016 to January 2017. Currently, they work at Greif, Inc., where they started as Director, Talent Management from January 2017 to October 2019, and currently serves as the Vice President - Global Talent, leading the Global Talent Center as part of the Human Resources team.

Tara Plazarin (Caresani) completed their Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University, from 1999 to 2003. In addition, they acquired a certification in "Leading with Purpose" from LinkedIn in 2023.
