Rene Pedersen

Rene Pedersen has been drilling Greka wells since 2007 through the Mitchell Drilling Joint Venture. With 21 years of experience in Coal Bed Methane, oil and gas and mineral exploration, drilling and engineering in Australia, China and India, he has accumulated substantial experience in surface to in-seam CBM drilling.

From 2007 to 2010, Mr. Pedersen worked for the Greka Mitchell Drilling Company as field operational manager. Prior to this he worked in Mitchell Drilling Company in Australia as a Toolpusher from 2001 to 2007 and between 1993 and 2001 as a Maintenance Planner in Carlton United Breweries, Queensland Australia. He started his drilling career in mineral exploration with Rockdril Contractors in Australia from 1985 to 1991.

Pederson received his undergraduate degree from Central Queensland University and gained a trade certificate as a Fitter and Machinist under J.C. Huttons Pty Ltd.
