Robert Fields

Robert Fields has extensive work experience in quality assurance and control. From 2020 onwards, they worked at Grenova as a Quality Assurance Manager, where they developed and implemented quality control procedures, obtained ISO certifications, conducted training, and performed internal audits for process improvement. Prior to that, they worked at Plasser American starting in 2006. There, they served as an Assistant Manager Quality Control, developing standard operating procedures and saving the company $2.5 million by rejecting non-conforming material. Robert also worked as an Electronics Technician, reading blueprints and assembling electronics units.

Robert Fields attended I.T.T. Technical Institute from 2000 to 2001, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Electronics Engineering. In June 2019, they also obtained a certification as a Certified 771/7721 IPC Trainer from the IPC-Association Connecting Electronics Industries.
