Reconciliation Operations Specialist: Investment Operations Processes, UK

·       Research and Resolve: investigating data integrity issues while performing the daily reconciliations

·       Client Service: providing great customer service to our clients by becoming an expert in our software

·       Reconcile: providing daily reconciliation support and best practice advice

·       Communicate: liaising with internal and external counterparties, with a proactive mindset

·       Participate: working on projects to improve processes and enhance the client experience

·       Compliance: understanding and adhering to client service level agreements (SLAs)

·       Have strong analytical, organizational, communication and documentation skills

·       Understand how to reconcile two sets of data

It will help if you:

·       Have experience in back-office operations.

·       Understand the trade lifecycle from execution to settlement.

·       Have Practical knowledge of reconciliation processes between accounting systems and custody/prime broker book of records.

·       Understand various financial instruments including equities, FX, derivatives, futures and options, etc. – the more diverse your knowledge, the better!
