Lionel George

Lionel George has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Lionel most recently served as the R&D/Quality/Engineering Director at FERCO SAS since September 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the Managing Director/Group Operations Director at PYROGUARD France from June 2011 to February 2017. Lionel also served as the Plant Manager at SIDES United Technologies Corporation from June 2008 to June 2011. Additionally, Lionel held the position of Plant Director at ACTM-TRAILOR from November 2006 to June 2008, Senior Manager at TOYOTA MOTOR EUROPE from June 2005 to November 2006, Industrial Director at AEF-ALLGAIER from October 2001 to June 2005, and Operations Manager at EUROSTAMP-MAGNETTO from October 1993 to October 2001.

Lionel George completed their education from 1989 to 1992 at Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, earning a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Generaliste. In 2005, they underwent Lean Manufacturing internal training at Toyota Motor Europe. Additionally, in 2017, Lionel pursued further education at CentraleSupélec, where they obtained a Black Belt Lean 6 Sigma certification.
