Kreshnik Hoxha

Kreshnik Hoxha is an accomplished professional in the pharmaceutical sector with extensive experience in CMC and clinical supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of CMC and Clinical Supply Chain at Grey Wolf Therapeutics, Kreshnik leads the CMC team and oversees all related activities, including strategy development and regulatory interactions. Previously, Kreshnik held key roles at Healx as Director of CMC Drug Development, managing CMC activities for small molecule portfolios in rare diseases, and at Consilient Health, focusing on formulation development and process validation. Additional experience includes positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Patheon, where Kreshnik led CMC development for clinical trials, and Indivior as a CMC Formulation Scientist, developing various dosage forms. Kreshnik holds a PhD in Crystallography and Crystal Engineering from the University of Hull, where research focused on co-crystals and intermolecular interactions, complementing a strong academic foundation in chemistry and nanotechnology.
