Dr. Jennifer Vieweg has a diverse work experience in various industries. Dr. Jennifer started their career in 2000 at Charles Ryan Associates, where they worked in account services for nine years. Dr. Jennifer then moved up to become a Vice President, leading major account teams and coordinating various marketing strategies. In 2011, they joined Edvantia as a Marketing Communications Manager, where they developed and executed marketing strategies and represented the organization to customers and external audiences. From 2012 to 2017, Dr. Vieweg worked at Energy Corporation of America as the Manager of Corporate Affairs, responsible for public and community relations strategies and ensuring the smooth operation of the office of the president. In 2017, they joined Greylock Energy as the Director of Strategic Initiatives & Corporate Citizenship, where they focused on public and community relations, employee engagement, and leadership and professional development programming. Dr. Vieweg is currently an Adjunct Professor at both Wake Forest University School of Professional Studies and the University of Charleston School of Business & Leadership.
Dr. Jennifer Vieweg earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Communications - Advertising from Florida State University between 1996 and 1999. Dr. Jennifer then pursued their Master of Science degree in Communication Studies at Marshall University from 1999 to 2001. In 2017, they enrolled at the University of Charleston School of Business & Leadership, where they obtained their Doctorate in Executive Leadership in 2019. In addition to their academic achievements, Dr. Vieweg also holds certifications, including a PXT Select Certification from Wiley, obtained in 2022, and they have been a member of American Mensa since April 2013.
