Brad Eastman

Brad Eastman is the current VP and General Counsel at GreyOrange. Brad has held this position since July 2021. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at RigNet from October 2017 to July 2021.

Brad's responsibilities included corporate governance matters, such as board of directors and stock exchange issues; negotiation and due diligence on acquisitions in the United States and foreign jurisdictions; negotiation of offshore infrastructure partnerships with major telecommunications networks; negotiation of financing transactions and intellectual property licensing agreements; management of an active litigation docket; implementation of the company's first contract management system; management of an international compliance program; implementation of an automated third-party risk evaluation and due diligence system for anti-corruption compliance matters; preparation of department budgets, personnel evaluation frameworks, development and hiring of personnel, and organizational design.
