David Moore

David Moore, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Development Manager at Greystar, a position held since July 2021, following a role as Senior Development Associate. Prior experience includes serving as an Investment Banking Senior Associate in Real Estate & Lodging at Citi from August 2018 to August 2021, and as an Investment Banking Summer Associate with the same focus in the summer of 2017. David began their career at De Anza Properties / Sandridge Partners, where responsibilities included Accounting Manager and Cost Analyst/Accountant from September 2012 to December 2015, and prior to that, held the position of Audit Associate at Mohler, Nixon & Williams from June 2010 to October 2012. David holds an M.B.A. in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University, and a BBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University, College of Business Administration.
