Khristina Dundon

Khristina Dundon, CPM, has extensive experience in property management and real estate, currently serving as the Regional Property Manager at Greystar since June 2020 and holding multiple leadership positions with IREM Greater Los Angeles Chapter 6 since January 2022, including VP of Administration and VP of Membership. Previous roles include Regional Manager and District Manager at Alliance Residential Company, Digital Sales Executive at RentPath, and Community Director/Regional Mentor at FPI Management. Additionally, Khristina has served as a Property Manager at various firms, including BH Management Services and Fairfield Residential, and began a career in real estate as an Assistant to a Realtor at Coldwell Banker. Education was completed at Antelope Valley College from 1997 to 2000.
